Julie's Cottage
This traditional Welsh cottage is set in its own courtyard. It comprises of two bedrooms sleeping 4 persons. It benefits from central heating and also has a conservatory where you can take in the view of the Menai Straits with additional seating there. This is also where the second double bed is situated. A separate lounge and master bedroom with four poster bed, the unit has timber beamed ceilings, large en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle, fully equipped kitchen replete with dishwasher and all the frills of home.

Ivy Cottage
Another completely detached unit. This unit has one bedroom with double bed and the secondary bedroom is a twin bedded room for that extra family flexibility. The bedrooms are upstairs and the lounge with separate kitchen / dining area (and bathroom with corner bath) on the ground floor. This unit also benefits from its own independent central heating system. Again fully equipped should you require that self catering element.

Old Courtyard Studio Apartments
Traditional style studio apartments set in a relaxing courtyard setting. Sleeping 2 people, with kitchen / dining / lounge / bedroom area and separate full en-suite shower and bathroom facilities. Availability of these units is very rare and limited.

Seaview 1 & Seaview 2.
Sleeping 6 and comprising a room with twin beds with wash basin, two double bedded rooms with the master bedroom being en-suite. Kitchen / Diner / Lounge with TV. Full central heating. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin off entrance hall.

Tower 1 & 2
Luxurious waterfront apartments where you can enjoy watching the boats entering and leaving the gate-locked marina. Enjoy feeding the swans or watching the herons and cormorants fishing.

Tower 1
This is the ground floor of the Tower. A one bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom. Kitchen / diner / lounge area fully equipped. Balcony.

Tower 2
This apartment comprises the second and third floors. There are two separate double bedrooms to it’s first floor and a full blown one bedroom penthouse style apartment to the top floor. Basically this acts as three separate rooms sleeping 2 people, or by adding on one or both of the other rooms it becomes a sleep 4 or sleep 6 suite. Due to the steps and stairs it is not considered suitable for young children, the frail or elderly.
